General News - New Model Range Macross!

We've just added our latest range of masterful model assembly kits from Bandai with this new range of Variable Fighters from the ever popular Macross Frontier. These kits feature some of the most impressive transformations of all Bandai's model kits, even more so than most Master Grades! And the best bit is they're still snap together assembly. We'll aim to expand into the other Macross series later in the year so keep watching this space and remember, more Gundam Goodness at the beginning of next month for all you Wing and Unicorn Fans.

New Product Announcement - Latest kits online

A quick update to let you know about the great new kits we have recently added to the site:
1/144 HGUC D-50C Loto Twin Set - As featured in `Gundam Unicorn` the D-50C Loto can easily transform from Gundam mode into Tank mode. Featured weaponry includes a Long Cannon and Mega Machine Cannon.
1/144 HGAW GX-9900-DV Gundam X Divider - The Divider-equipped GX-9900 DV features the original GX-9900 but with the opening and closing Divider included - this can be hand held or mounted like a back pack.
1/144 HG GPB-X78-30 Forever Gundam - Bandai`s latest release in the `Gunpla Builders` series is the Forever Gundam which is a variant of the RX-78-2. It comes complete with Hyper Bazooka, Beam Sabers, Gundam Hammer, Funnels, and Beam Rifles.
1/100 MG Sword Impulse Gundam - The Sword Impulse Gundam from`Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny` as piloted by Shinn Asuka features the same basic chassis as the Force Impulse Gundam and features transformable Chest Flyer, Core Splendor, and Leg Flyer add ons.
1/144 HGUC RX-93-V-2 Hi-Nu Gundam - The Hi-Nu2 Gundam as piloted by Londo Bell is based on the original Hi-Nu Gundam piloted by Amuro Ray, but with significant improvements to the weaponry and propusion systems.
1/144 HG Susanowo Trans-Am Mode (Gloss Ver.) - Mr. Bushido's Susanowo is now offered in the gloss injection Trans-Am color scheme.

General News - Latest stock refresh

We just checked in our latest shipment of stock which refreshes many Perfect Grade, Master Grade and High Grade kits, including:
1/60 PG OO Raiser plus clear armour parts - Yes we have managed to secure more stock of this awesome kit with the limited edition clear armour parts which were originally only released in Japan and are no longer available there!
1/100 MG Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second Revise - Featuring an enormous gatling gun, a huge shield, modified armour, and plenty of other features we come to expect from Master Grade releases.
1/144 HG GNT-0000 00 QAN(T) - The QAN(T) from the `Awakening of the Trailblazer` series features clear parts for the lenses on the face, chest, elbows & knees, as well as `Sword bits` that come together to make the GN Sword V (in both Buster Sword and Buster Rifle modes).
We will be beavering away during the course of this week to get the latest new kits online too, so keep checking back!

General News - Happy New Year and hold the VAT!

Firstly the Gundam Mad Team would like to wish you a Happy New Year - we hope that Santa brought you everything you wanted.
Anyway, as you will no doubt be aware, January 4th 2011 sees the introduction of a 2.5% increase in VAT. Like many retailers we do not believe that this is a good move for our customers at it means higher prices for the goods that you buy from us.
Amidst the current difficult economic climate we'd like to do our bit to help.
Therefore, from the 4th January 2011, it is our intention to absorb any increase in prices due to the mandatory VAT increase. We will review the situation on a month-by-month basis - but for the time being you can rest assured that our prices will remain unchanged.

Well that`s almost it for another year - we have dispatched our last orders for 2010 and we will recommence shipping on Tuesday 4th January 2011.

Please note our recommended final dates for placement of orders so that you should receive them in time for Christmas:
For next day services - 11 am Thursday 23rd December 2010.
For non-next day services - 11 am Tuesday 21st December 2010.
We would point out that there may still be delays in deliveries for some areas of the country due to the current extreme weather conditions.
However, you still have time to get what you want in time for Christmas - but time is running out, so don`t leave it until it`s too late!

Exciting news! As you may know, we have made every effort to get the 1/60 Perfect Grade Strike Freedom Gundam kit to us as soon as possible so that you would have the opportunity to own one before Christmas.
We are very pleased to advise that yesterday we received our shipment - only 3 days after this awesome kit was released in Japan!
The kit went live on the site late last night and is available to purchase now!

Well, we we`re doing our bit by offering you the fantastic 1/35 Border Break kits at the knockdown price of �29.99 each - which equates to a typical 25% saving off our usual selling price!
For those that may not be too familiar with these kits they are a similar height to a 1/100 scale Gundam and with a complexity similar to that of a Master Grade Gundam kit. As is typical they also do not need glue for assembly or painting.
What better reason do you need to try something that is just that little bit different? You never know, you just might like it!
