Hello Gunpla fans, we know it's been a while, but we have a special newsletter for you packed with information and Gundam Goodness. Firstly we'd like to thank everyone who entered our Mega Competition this year, the event in Lucca was a great success even though the weather did try to get the better of us. We hope to be able to bring even more epic competitions to our fans in the new year so please keep checking our social media channels for more details.

The Great Gunpla Giveaway

Speaking of awesome things happening in December we have the return of our annual Great Gunpla Giveaway! For those of you who are new to Gundam Mad, we have an annual giveaway near Christmas for all our fans and this will be returning for all orders placed from Friday the 1st December up to and including Sunday the 24th December!

All orders placed during this period will receive a free Anime related gift, this varies from, posters, key rings, Artwork, DVDs, coasters, notepads, figures and of course lots of Gunpla (as detailed in our Black Tri-day Promotion)!

Though not exclusively limited to just those items; the Giveaway is our way of saying thanks to all our fans who support us throughout the year. On top of this due to the massive success of last year's Black Tri-day event we have decided to try and make this a staple. Please see below for more details!

Black Friday Event

Due to last year's overwhelming success we've decided to run our Black Tri-day promotion again and this time it's better than ever. There will be no First Grade Kits given away this year meaning more interesting kits are up for grabs and we have more to offer than ever before! Previous Black Friday giveaways have totalled more than £5000 in prizes being given out and this year aims to top them all!

To be eligible for this promotion to receive a free model kit you must fulfil the following criteria:

Your order must be placed on Friday the 24th of November 2023.
Enter the code BLACKTRIDAY at checkout. (just click on 'redeem a discount coupon' when ordering)

If this does not work for you, we will accept codes entered into the customer notes.
Please be careful to ensure this step is completed correctly as it cannot be rectified later.

Your order MUST contain a Model Kit

Orders containing only tools, accessories and markers will no longer count.

Due to the previous popularity of this event, the offer of a free kit is, as always, subject to availability and while stocks last.
We reserve the right to combine orders at our discretion.

Please note, shipping refunds for combined orders are not applicable during the actual promotional period.

You will be able to confirm that your code has applied as it will display on your invoice and a nominal 1 pence will have been removed from the invoiced amount.

If you fail to receive a free Gunpla from this event due to stocks running out all is not lost! You will be automatically entered into the Great Gunpla Giveaway to receive a premium version of one of those wonderful prizes (see the above Gunpla Giveaway section for details).

A note on shipping:

As in previous years only orders using premium service will be guaranteed to be dispatched during our normal time scales (same day if before 11am on weekdays). We will of course endeavour to ship out orders as soon as possible but due to high demand there may be delays, but rest assured your free Gundam Kit or promotional item will still be included even if the order goes out a little late.

Free model kits in the Black Tri-day offer range from Promotional, SD, HG, MG and Limited Edition/P-Bandai Kits as well as Add on packs, resin and PVC kits, 30MM and MS kits plus many more from series that are not Gundam Related and a whole host of weird and wonderful oddities from the Japanese model kit industry.

Our usual closure date over Christmas are 23rd December 2023 - 3rd January 2024. All orders placed during these dates will be dispatched on Thursday the 4th January 2024.

A Big Thank You

And last but by no means least we wanted as always to Thank our Fans for their continued support and enthusiasm. If it wasn't for all of you we would no longer be able to continue doing what we love, you are all amazing people and we couldn't be here without you. Thank You soo much for your enthusiasm, joy and dedication to this fantastic hobby. We have some really exciting news coming up in the next few weeks and next year will be the 20th Anniversary of Gundam Mad and the 15th Anniversary of the site being run by Gurinder and Lindsey! We aim to continue to be the best Supplier of Gunpla here in the UK, we know we aren't the fastest at getting the kits in but we will always get all normal releases and at fair prices with dedicated service for our customers.
