We understand that some customers may be concerned about the effect of the current Royal Mail industrial action and how/if this will affect deliveries of orders from us.
The majority of our orders are shipped out by next day courier, however very small and low value orders are shipped out using much cheaper Royal Mail services. At this moment in time our customers have indicated that they would prefer to pay the lower shipping prices for these low value orders, rather than paying substantially more for a next day courier service. As we have not encountered any major issues with the services offered by Royal Mail and we believe that they still offer great value for money, we will continue to offer shipping via their services. However, rest assured that we will continue to monitor the situation and our customer's feedback, and make any appropriate changes as required.

The Gundam Mad team just got back from this weekends London MCM Expo and we'd just like to thank all the customers who purchased from us at the event and more importantly took the time to come and talk with us and share your interest in Gundam model kits - you helped to make this a very successful event for us and it was good to be back after missing the previous show in May.

Phew! Yesterday our drive down and stand setup went really smoothly and we managed to get settled into he hotel and then hit the bar at a respectably early time.
We have just finished up after our first full on day at the event - which has been very, very busy and rather hot!
What has been really great is to hear so many customers thanking us for coming back to this show after we unforturtunately missed the last one - and to be sure, it certainly feels great to be back!
We have (or should that be had?) a massive selection of new Gundam Model kits that were well received by those that managed to prize them from our sweaty palms...
Anyway, time to go for some well deserved food after our long day manning the Gundam Mad stand. We'll be back for more Gundam goodness in the morning!

Many of you who have already expressed and interest in the 1/60 Perfect Grade OO Raiser have asked about the situation regarding the availability of the additional free parts which have been announced in Japan.
The initial release of this kit is said to come with a voucher which upon redepmption, can be exchanged for a set of clear armour. However, this voucher is only redeemable in Japan. Rest assured that we are investigating how we can allow you to get the additional parts without visiting Japan!

I have taken control of this website once again as I need to push forward with my plans for domination of your insignificant planet.

Simple, my loyal and fearless frog army is secretly hidden deep in the bowels of the Gundam Mad headquarters - just waiting for the time that they can be despatched accross the planet in those shipments of Gundam model kits, that you humans seem to covet so much!
To make this easier, I have secretly hacked into the Gundam Mad website and reduced the prices of all the Keroro model kits by two pounds each - which equates to a 33 percent reduction. This means that the cannon fodder regular troops are priced at £4.99 and £5.99 for my more superior warriors.

With Ayacon 09 well and truly over and after a week of recovery and getting back into the real World, the Gundammad team would like to thank all those who visited our stand and made the event so enjoyable for us. (You know who you are!). It was great to see so many familiar faces and talk about Gundam and other interesting stuff.

Well we have the van all packed up and ready to roll so I am making this quick update as we need to be up very early in the morning to travel down to Ayacon.
I have to say that all you show attendees are in for a treat as we have some very tasty new kits packed in the back of the van!
And for all you people that ordered the PG Red Astray for collection at the show - don`t worry, we have your kits safely packed and will be ready for collection at our stand during the event.. More later!

We`re busy checking and packing all the stuff we need to take to the forthcoming Ayacon event which is to be held this weekend at Warwick Arts Centre.
As usual we will have a huge range of Gundam Model Kits on show, along with promotions and you will have the opportunity to purchase new kits that are not yet live on the site.

Yes that's right, Hot on the heels of the last shipment less than two weeks ago, we just received the first of our shipments for August. The majority of it has been checked into stock and is live on the site.

To make use of this service, simply place and pay for your order and then select the no cost `Ayacon Collection (15th or 16th August 2009)` delivery option and we'll have your order ready for collection at our stand at anytime the dealers hall is open for business.
If you use this service, be sure to bring proof of ID and a copy of your order email to our stand when you come to collect!

Seems that there are some teething problems with Paypal payments via our payment processor, `RBS Worldpay`. It seems that payments made by people who are not `verified` by Paypal, will have their payment flagged up with a security warning which could result in their order being delayed or even cancelled.
RBS Worldpay assure us that they are working hard to resolve this issue. However we would recommend that in the meantime you only pay us by Paypal if your are a `verified` user.
(Please note that this issue does not affect payments made by any other method).
