we have some very exciting news to announce. As a big thank you to all our regular fans for all your continuing support we are happy to announce a truly momentous promotion. All orders placed on the site between the 1st-June - end September will be entered into a free prize draw to win a massive Gundam Related Prize.
What is this prize I hear you ask?
Well it involves a trip to Comic Con, not the one here in the UK but the Lucca Comic & Games convention in Italy! Yes that’s right one lucky customer will win a 2 night trip to Italy with VIP entry to the comic con and a selection of limited edition Gunpla that are exclusive to the show! The event runs from the 1st-5th of November and the prize will be based during this window. All customers who place an order with us during the promotional window will receive an entry into the draw which will be held in the first week of October. Each order placed on the site will count as a single entry. For full terms and conditions please see below.
This is a massive prize worth over £2000 and is our way of thanking you all for your continued support and enthusiasm over the years. Lucca is a beautiful city and a whole host of limited edition Gunpla are released at the comic con on a yearly basis and we thought what a great way to celebrate with our fans. Both Lindsey and I will also be attending the event and helping the lucky winner travel and get settled before enjoying all that Lucca has to offer. You will be free to enjoy the event without our hindrance but we’ll make sure you get to where you need to be without any issues.
We wish you all the best of luck with the event and will announce the winner on Facebook in the first week of October. Also if anyone is concerned about our ‘regular’ promotional events, don’t be, the Great Gunpla Giveaway and Black Triday will still go ahead as normal. This is just a little something extra to say thanks for all your support. We will also be having some very exciting news coming up in the next few weeks so recommend keeping a close eye on the Gundam Mad Facebook or signing up to the newsletter to be kept in the loop.

All entries placed on Gundam Mad between Thursday the 1st of June 2023 and Saturday the 30th September 2023 will receive one entry towards the promotional draw held in the first week of October 2023. A winner will be announced by random selection from all successful orders placed within the promotional time window. Incomplete or failed orders will not be counted.
If you place multiple orders within the same catchment time for packing (after 11am within a 24 hour period on any working day) we may combine your orders and refund your extra postage as we usually try to do. In such circumstances your orders will count as 1 overall order and you should contact us if you wish for your items to be sent separately.
The Promotional Prize:
- Business Class Flights (to and from Italy),
- Accomodation for two nights in a venue nearby the Comic Con,
- A mystery selection of Limited Gunpla Kits being offered at the event,
All transfers to and from the airport and the comic venue in Italy will also be covered
Eligibility:
- The winner must be at least 18 years of age,
- Must hold a valid passport, with no restrictions on travel to Italy,
- All local requirements for vaccinations must be adhered to (as airlines may prevent boarding otherwise),
- The Winner must be of sound mind and be fit and able to travel on their own (without the requirement of a carer or specialised equipment that requires permits to take on board flights).
The owners of Gundam Mad (Gurinder & Lindsey) will accompany the winner on the outward leg of the journey and ensure they receive their passes and Gunpla at the event. The winner is responsible for their own belongings and travel insurance whilst on the promotional trip and Gundam Mad accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury caused during the event by any third party or the prize winner themselves.
There is no substitute prize for anyone unable to make the Comic Con, the winner in such cases will receive the Limited Edition Gunpla but no other alternatives to the trip itself and no monetary compensation for an inability to travel during the event.
