Bandai Hobby is utilizing improved layered injection technology to achieve a level of realism not previously possible in model kits, and they're flexing their muscles with the first release in the Figure-rise LABO series, a model kit of Fumina Hoshino! The layered injection features a semi-translucent property to allow a level of visual warmth and shadow to replicate the nature of human skin, allowing for a beautiful smooth appearance.
