The character design is a combination of long-time eye print developer Amama and his design team, along with "Buster Doll" mechanical design by Tasuku. Desire Maiden Medic is inspired by a nurse, with features like a nurse's cap and medical ampoules. Her delicate, long twin tails perfectly suit her soothing, expressive character; she comes with glasses molded in clear parts!
